We accept refunds and exchanges.

Return Window and Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, 
a) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
b) It must also be in the original packaging. 
c) you must inform us about your intent to return via email to within 3 days of receiving the product. This email will be auto acknowledged and a tracking number will be auto emailed to you.
d) the original invoice sent to you must be available. 

      Non-returnable / refundable items:
      Gift cards, purchased vouchers etc are not returnable.

      Partial or No Refunds:
      There are certain situations where refunds are not possible or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable and approved):
      a) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      b) Any item that reaches us more than 30 days after its delivery to you.
      c) Any item whose return is notified after more than 3 days of receiving the product. 
      In any of the above cases, refunds / returns will not be possible.

      After informing us via email about your intent to return within 3 days of receiving the product, please mail/courier your product to:

      Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you so desire, we can schedule a pickup for you at Rs. 150/- per piece - and this amount will be adjusted against the refund made. 

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive an credit voucher (also called discount coupon) for 100% of the invoice amount. No deductions will be made. Refund vouchers are mailed to the same email address that you used to place the order. Refund vouchers are normally generated and emailed within 3 working days.
      In case that you want the amount to be transferred to your bank account, please request the same via email. We would be happy to transfer the amount to your bank as well. No processing charges will apply. Please note that the process to transfer to your bank account may take up to three to four weeks from the date we receive your bank details. You may however, at any time, opt for an equivalent credit note to be emailed to you.

      Late or missing refunds 
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email account again. If you’ve checked your email account (including Spam folder) and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
      In case, you requested a bank transfer, please note that transfers take upto three to four weeks to process. If you have received an email confirmation of the transfer being made - and still do not see the funds in your account,  you may request us for the Bank Transfer ID / UTR for the transaction. Please note that you are responsible for providing correct bank account details. We are unable to correct / recall funds once transferred.
